Why this course, from this area
Laxmi Nagar is a trading market before it is anything else. Wholesalers,
retailers, small manufacturers, and the chartered accountants who serve them are
all within a few streets of each other.
That shapes who walks in asking about Tally. A large share are already working —
in a shop, a distributor’s back office, or a CA’s practice — and they are not
learning accounting from nothing. They are trying to move from entering what
somebody else decided to deciding it themselves.
The gap that actually matters here
Almost everyone from this belt who has used Tally can enter a sales voucher.
Far fewer can compute GST from their own posted invoices and reconcile it back
to the ledger. Fewer still can be handed a trial balance that does not agree and
find out why. That is the difference between an operator and an accountant, and
locally it is the difference between fifteen thousand a month and thirty.
So the course spends its time there rather than on the interface. You maintain
one continuous business across the whole period, and the GST you compute is on
invoices you posted yourself.
Getting to the centre
The centre is at S-551, School Block, Nehru Enclave, Shakarpur — walking
distance from Laxmi Nagar metro station.
From the main market most learners come by auto or e-rickshaw rather than metro,
because at that distance it is simply faster. If you are coming after shop hours,
say so when you enquire and we will tell you which batches are realistic rather
than which ones exist.
If your employer is paying
This happens often enough here to be worth mentioning. Several businesses in the
market send staff, and they usually want a specific outcome — GST returns handled
in-house rather than through the CA, or somebody who can close the month.
Tell us that outcome and we will say honestly whether this course reaches it, and
in how long. Sometimes the answer is a shorter GST course rather than the full
programme, and we would rather say that than take the larger fee.
